THE RESIDENCES AT OCEANSIDE FARMS

Oceanside Farms is a constantly evolving entity. We aim to be mindful about our choices at all times, starting with the selection of building materials, the conscientious use of local resources, and the integration of renewable energy sources. Thanks to the many benefits of our location, OSF utilizes solar lighting and taps into a coastal aquifer located beneath our site and sourced from the Cotopaxi volcano glacier in the Andes mountains. Our residences incorporate passive cooling and heating and are primarily powered using solar energy.

Homes within Oceanside Farms are divides into three categories:

OCEAN BLUFF HOMES

Ocean Bluff Homes are set on an elevated plain between the oceanfront villas and the farm homes. Oceanfront villa lots are primarily dedicated to larger models with a 180-degree panoramic view of the pacific coast and range from 6,500 Sq. Ft. up to 13,000 Sq. Ft.

FARM HOMES (NEW!)

Farm Homes are designed with an integration to the lush vegetation of the surrounding community, giving owners a unique hybrid experience between beach and farm lifestyle. Farm Homes start from 2 & 3 bedrooms models starting at 2,203 Sq. Ft and ranging up to 4,004 Sq. Ft.
