Oceanside Farm Residences was founded by Wendy and David Chan in partnership with Sean Kelly and Dahiana Cedeno.
In 2018, Wendy and David traveled to Ecuador and fell in love with the country’s natural landscape. They began to imagine moving there from New York. In their search for a home, they met Sean Kelly and his wife Dahiana Cedeno, who were from California and the technology and apparel sectors respectively.
